A lawyer-client relationship arises only once we have completed conflict and KYC checks, you have countersigned an engagement letter, and we have confirmed our acceptance of the engagement in writing.
3. Regulatory status
Nexus Legal Consultancy is a UAE legal consultancy. It is not a law firm and does not appear before UAE courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, prosecution, enforcement or other official forums. Where representation, filing or attendance before any court or authority is required, the client engages a UAE-licensed advocate or other duly licensed professional under a separate engagement. Regulatory and licensing details will be added to this page following licence issuance.
