Nexus Legal Consultancy is a UAE-licensed legal consultancy that acts for individuals and companies on debt recovery, commercial disputes, representation under power of attorney, corporate advisory and contracts. We take a matter from the first move to the final outcome — and stay with it. Founder-led, working in English and Arabic, with discretion and control.

We pursue and manage your matter end to end — the facts, the documents, the parties, the strategy and the next move. Whether you are recovering an unpaid debt, answering a complaint, defending or bringing a commercial dispute, we manage the matter end to end — filing, following up and driving it forward — and where a hearing requires appearance before a judge, that is conducted by instructed authorised counsel rather than us handing you a file and stepping back.

Two decades of legal practice.
Nexus is led by a Bar-registered lawyer with more than twenty years of legal practice across commercial, contractual, recovery and civil matters. We advise, draft, negotiate, act under power of attorney, and manage each matter end to end. Where a matter requires appearance before a judge — in the UAE courts or before the DIFC — that appearance is conducted by instructed UAE-licensed advocates or DIFC-registered counsel, as applicable, with our team directing the strategy throughout. Clients come to Nexus to get a matter organised properly and moved forward — quickly, discreetly, and with control over every step.

We act for you — and stay on the matter.
We act under power of attorney across filings, authority attendance, arbitration and enforcement, and drive the matter end to end. Where a hearing requires appearance before a judge, that is conducted by instructed UAE-licensed advocates, with our team directing the strategy throughout.

We work in Arabic and English, for corporate and private clients, on a fixed-fee or retainer basis.
